Sunday in slow motion

As always, Sunday is the most enjoyable day of a week, not because I do not have to wake up earlier and go to work. Habitually I still get out of bed at almost the same time as I always do during a working day but this time is without the stress of rushing to work.

In my pajamas, I enjoy my first sip of the morning while surfing the webs, browsing through news, headlines and feeds that continuously update into my social network. I deliberately spend more times checking mails, reading blogs while listening Il Divo singing some most nostalgic songs of the planet.

I am what everyone wants to do during a rest day after a long, traumatic and fatiguing work week. I have plenty of reasons to stay up late Saturday, anything that fuels my passion, stimulate my sense of worth and boost up my liveliness I would regard as the light of day.

Stepping back from a routine allowing me the freedom to dream, I am full of ideas and energy. As I browse Twitter and hum Schubert’s “Serenade”, some of the significant memories of that esteemed moments in my past life came flooding back. Then, I start questioning my integrity on which I am struggling to build a solid reputation professional life all these years.

It is a beautiful and relaxing Sunday morning, the weather is a bit chilly and the atmosphere is calm. At this moment, I feel like singing Didrik Solli Tangen’s “My Heart is Yours”, let the touching lyrics fill that morning.

Share with you Didrik Solli Tangen’s “My heart is yours” – http://youtu.be/XeIdmmwDyUk, let this profoundly emotional melody light up your Sunday.
